As a user, you can create a public personal profile, which can include pictures, text, and other information about yourself. To facilitate this social purpose of our service, the information you include in your profile is freely displayed to the public. Users can also search profiles, and netmunicate and send messages to each other through Theadultscene. In addition, some of our users create their own content, either pre-recorded or in real time, some of which you must pay to access. These users share in the proceeds we collect for the content they provide. Although we contractually require all content providers to obey the law and obey our stringent rules and regulations, we have no actual control over their conduct. You understand and agree that we do not and cannot review the content related to our site or supplied by users. Therefore, the only way we can police this site is to rely on users reports of abuse. Users are strictly forbidden from engaging in prostitution (either as prostitute/escort or customer), or engaging in any netmunications seeking to arrange a meeting for the purpose of prostitutionOther examples of prohibited activity that you promise not to engage in include planning illegal activity, advertising a lottery, ammunition, firearms, tobacco, alcohol, illegal drugs and drug-related paraphernalia, providing instructional information about illegal activities, pretending to be anyone you are not, making false statements, engaging in copyright infringement or other intellectual property infringement, or disclosing trade secret or confidential information in violation of a confidentiality or nondisclosure agreement. Further, you will not take actions to promote the physical harm or harassment of another person, engage in or promote spamming, provide information that you know is illegal, false or misleading, or designed to exploit those under 18. Content Submitted or Hosted By UsersThe Site permits and includes certain kinds of user-submitted content, including pre-recorded images, videos, text and sound submitted by you and other users, as well as real-time images, videos, text and sound (“User Submissions”) and the hosting, sharing, and/or publishing of such User Submissions. Notwithstanding this right of the netpany, YOU REMAIN SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONTENT OF THE content you supply, including messages. Messages sent between you and other Registered Users that are not readily accessible to the general public will be treated as private by the netpany to the extent permitted by applicable law.Modifications To This Agreement And The Service.We have the right, at our sole discretion, to modify this Agreement or the Service at any time.
